Primary Rhinoplasty
This is a 19 year old female patient who came for rhinoplasty asking for a straighter and smaller nose. On examination the nasal septum and the cartilaginous part of the external nose (the lower two-thirds of the nose) were found to be severely deviated to the right side. Dr. Foda performed a major septoplasty to correct her deviated nasal septum and at the same time performed a reduction rhinoplasty by lowering the dorsal hump and decreasing the nasal tip projection.
