Primary Rhinoplasty
This is a 21-year old male patient with a history of trauma to the nose that left him with a severe nasal deviation and total nasal obstruction on the left side. Dr. Foda performed a one-stage septorhinoplasty to correct the deviation of the nasal septum as well as the external nose. Additional maneuvers included hump reduction and correction of nostril asymmetry.
