Primary Rhinoplasty
This is a 22 year old female who presented for rhinoplasty with a large hump, droopy overprojected tip, right tip deflection, and wide nasal base. Dr. Foda performed a rhinoplasty on the patient which included lowering of the dorsal hump, repositioning of the tip upward and backward using the lateral crural overlay technique, and narrowing of the wide nasal base using the boomerang base reduction technique.
