Primary Rhinoplasty
This is a 28 year old female patient; her main complaints were difficulty in breathing from the right side and the desire to change the shape of her nose. On examination, the patient had a severe right-sided deviation of both the nasal septum and the external nose. Dr. Foda performed a septorhinoplasty to correct her nasal septum deviation and, at the same time, to lower her bonycartilaginous hump, correct her external nasal deviation, support her nasal tip, and give her a more central nasal base. Beside the improvement in the nasal appearance; the patient was able to breathe much better after surgery.
