Primary Rhinoplasty
This is a 24 year old male patient with a history of an old nasal trauma which left him with a deviated nose and a total nasal obstruction on the right side. Dr. Foda performed a septoplasty to correct the right-sided septal deviation together with osteotomies (cuts in nasal bones) to straighten the nose. Additionally, the nasal tip was rotated upwards to shorten the nose.
