Having performed around 8000 Rhinoplasties and regularly exchanged ideas with numerous other rhinoplasty greats Professor Foda has an encyclopedic knowledge. He is a Master Surgeon. His vast knowledge has enabled him to condense this most complex of facial plastic procedures down to its essence (every maneuver is simplified, and you witness the cause-and-effect transformation in front of your eyes). He is also a Master teacher and his fellowship is incredibly well designed. Two cases a day (primaries and secondaries) with hands-on operating and case-based discussions interposed with lectures for 6 days very quickly enables participants to make a leap forward in their own knowledge, understanding and skills. It further enables them to quickly and efficiently solve the problems they encounter in their own daily practice. Professor Foda and his team are infinitely welcoming, caring and generous. I feel incredibly privileged to have taken part in his Live Surgery Fellowship.

My training in cosmetic and microvascular plastic surgery includes Italy, Brazil, Spain, UK, USA, and Israel. Today I lead my own cosmetic plastic surgery service in Harley Street, Central London. I strongly believe I had the chance to operate alongside the best reconstructive and cosmetic surgeons on the planet. Today I am sure I never had a better teacher than Professor Foda.
During the 1-week fellowship I operated every day, performing, again and again, all steps of open septorhinoplasty (primary and revision), I was supervised on each single movement during cartilage harvest from septum and ear, dicing, curving and suturing, osteotomies alar base reduction, management of skin and mucosa laceration and scar contraction .
In synthesis, I was led through every single step of the procedure, from infiltration to splinting. All results achieved during the fellowship were exceptionally good.
Between surgeries, Prof. Foda presented us with all his famous talks for which he is invited to teach all around the planet. Lunch was served during the teaching to optimize time and go back to operate the next case. The “fellowship pack” also includes notes and images of the operated cases, CD with videos and USB with the huge scientific production of Professor Foda.
The fellowship is intense because the seven days are full of theory and practice. The cost is absolutely reasonable compared with any other cadaver dissections course with or without live surgery: this course is a real “surgical personal training”. After this course, I will be able to resolve a larger number of nasal problems or certainly the same but better than before, with an immediate return of investment. I feel simply “educated and inspired” by this amazing person and I feel the privilege of knowing him better.

It was great pleasure and honor to attend the 14th Alexandria Rhinoplasty Live Surgery Fellowship.
The fellowship is very well organized, structured and is true hands on experience.
I have learned loads and gained many skills during this fellowship and certainly will take a lot of this back to my practice.
I would like to thank you for your generosity, hospitality, kindness, patient and your spirit in teaching.
Really felt part of your great team.

Whatever you expect to find in this fellowship, the reality is much better.
Nothing similar to this fellowship all over the world.
Professor Foda is unique in simplifying all the steps of rhinoplasty and teach you to know what you should change in these steps to achieve the best functional and aesthetic goals in your surgery.
I wish that time stopped here in Cairo in order not to leave this fellowship.
Simply it exceeded all my expectations.
